In the October 10th, 2002 print edition of the Martingrove
Free Press, Vladin Strashun was quoted as saying:
"For existing buildings, it is a bit more complication;
most probably do not conform to existing [building] codes,
but there is no legal requirement that we know of requiring
an upgrade."
The actual quote should read:
"For existing buildings, it is a bit more complicated;
